Special Note from auctioneer. This is the combination of 4 Farms owned by the same family. We will be conducting Phase I at the first location starting at 10 am, Then we all will be moving to the main location about 3 miles away for Phase II. I will be providing driving direction prior to auction.
Auction will start 10 am at 14471 S. Chestnut Fresno 93725 located at Conejo and Chestnut, Then we all will move to 4584 E. Floral Ave Selma for the main equipment, Located on the corner of Floral and Clovis Ave. Start time about 11: 30 am. Auction preview for both locations will be Friday Dec. 9th from 9 am till 12 noon. Early registration on Friday Dec. 9th.Special note on Driving directions, S. Chestnut is closed between Nebraska and Kamm. Due to High speed rail construction.

Terms of Auction: You must register to bid, purchases made on your Bid card are your responsibility, Please bring adequate ID, We accept Cash and all major credit cards, Cashier checks To; Dan Cobb, There is a 13% buyers premium with a 3% discount for paying in cash. All merchandise purchased must be paid for day of sale, all sales are final, all equipment is sold as is, purchaser is responsible for removal of own equipment. If extra time is needed to remove equipment talk to Auctioneer to make any special arrangements. Auction preview will be Friday Dec. 9th from 9 am till noon. and day of auction from 8 am till start of auction. Please remember this auction will be at two location about 3 miles apart, so be prepared to attend both locations.
