Terms of Auction: We accept cash and all major credit cards, NO CHECKS, All merchandise is sold as is, No refunds, 13% buyers premium on all sales with a 3% discount for paying in cash. All attendees must register to buy, All sales are final, We do not have a fork lift on premises so if you purchase any large items you be responsible for loading them yourself. Be sure to bring plenty of help to load your items, ropes to tie down, All merchandise must be removed day of sale unless other arrangements are made with Auctioneer.
