Store Policy: Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to Randoms Warehouse. By making a purchase from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions of sale. Please read them carefully before finalizing your order.

1. Item Condition and “As-Is” Sale

1.1 Condition of Goods: All items sold by Randoms Warehouse are previously used, second-hand, or vintage goods. Items are sold in the condition photographed and described in the listing.

1.2 As-Is Disclosure: All sales are strictly "AS IS, WHERE IS," and without any express or implied warranties of any kind. The Buyer acknowledges that they have been provided with sufficient opportunity to inspect the item, including photographs and descriptions, and accepts the item with all faults, known or unknown, and inherent imperfections due to age and prior use.

2. Payment Policy

2.1 Online Payment Only: We accept online payment methods only. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or any form of in-person payment.

2.2 Final Sale: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Title to the goods remains with Randoms Warehouse until full payment is received.

3. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

3.1 Final Sale Policy: Due to the nature of our used and "as-is" inventory, all sales are final.

3.2 No Returns or Exchanges: We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect fit, damage during transit (see Section 4.3), or discovered faults after pickup.

3.3 No Refunds: Refunds are not accepted or provided under any circumstances, including failure to pick up the item within the designated timeframe.

4. Pickup and Buyer Responsibility

4.1 Purchaser Responsibility: The Buyer is solely and entirely responsible for arranging, executing, and covering all costs associated with the pickup, loading, transport, and moving of the purchased item(s) from our designated locations.

4.2 Pickup Arrangements: Pickup must be scheduled and completed during our regular business hours (e.g., Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM) or by pre-arranged written appointment only. The Buyer must contact Randoms Warehouse immediately after purchase to schedule the pickup time. Failure to pick up the item within seven (7) business days of purchase may result in the forfeiture of the item and the purchase price, with no refund issued.

4.3 Loading and Lifting: The Buyer must bring all necessary labor, equipment, and protective materials (e.g., dollies, blankets, tie-downs, straps) required to safely load and secure the item(s). Our staff will not assist with lifting, moving, or loading.

5. Limitation of Liability and Safety Waiver

5.1 Assumption of Risk: By entering our property and engaging in the pickup process, the Buyer and any parties assisting them (movers, friends, etc.) agree to assume all risks associated with the inspection, lifting, moving, and loading of the purchased item(s).

5.2 Release of Liability: The Buyer agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and release Randoms Warehouse, its owners, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, including any and all costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees, for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur on our property during the pickup process, including injuries sustained while lifting, moving, or loading items, or due to conditions of the premises.

5.3 Safety: For your safety, we strongly recommend wearing appropriate protective gear (e.g., gloves, closed-toe shoes) and using proper lifting techniques when handling large or heavy items.
