This promises to be the Estate Sale of the Decade. This magnificent home Was built by Ralph Palmer Merritt (1883-1963) Founding President & Managing Director of Sun- Maid Raisin Growers. Since purchased by Mr. Fred Zumthurn and placed on the National Historical Registry, Fred Spent many years Maintaining the beautiful 7,000 sq. ft. home and furnishing it with period antiques and art.  We are pleased to offer to the public a piece of this history in this most important estate sale event.
