AUCTION HORSE RANCH Saturday May 9th at 11am Sharp. Preview will be Friday May 8th from 12 noon till 5 pm & day of auction 8 am till 11 am. If you wish not to attend live auction you may leave an absentee bid with the clerk during preview. There will be no preview after auction starts. Photo catalogs will be made available with your bid number. This auction is located outside on a 5 acre ranch plenty of room to practice safe distancing.

Address: 28722 Pittman Hill Road, Clovis Ca. 93619. From Clovis Ca. take 168 East to Sample Rd. Sample road turns into Pittman Hill road, Follow signs, its 6.8 miles to home from 168. if you reach the fire station you have gone 1/8 mile to far. Parking instructions: 1/4 mile narrow dirt road from main road to house. Please observe all turn outs and allow folks to pass when needed. Follow parking attendants instructions at all times. You will be parking in the horse pasture.

You will be responsible for carrying and loading all your own purchases, (be sure to bring someone with you that can assist you with large heavy items) Auction and Estate sale personnel will not be assisting with carrying or loading of purchases. if you are not able to remove your purchases day of auction we will accommodate by scheduling a pick up day and time.
