Dan Cobb Estate/Business Liquidators is a family-owned company based in Fresno, California, specializing in estate sales, auctions, and business liquidations since 1965. Founded by Cecil and Elinor Cobb, the business is now managed by their son, Dan Cobb, who brings over 40 years of experience in antiques, business, and farm equipment.

First Generation Since 1965

Established in 1965 by Cecil and Elinor Cobb. Cobb’s started simply buying and selling stuff. In 1964 we opened our first Antique store on Belmont and Calaveras in a beautiful old two story home build in 1928.

Second Generation Since 1971

In 1971 Cecil and Dan began traveling to the Midwest attending estate sales, auctions and local antique wholesalers, searching out those special treasure to bring back to the central valley market.

By 1975 Cobb’s had grown to support one of the largest Fresno Auctions houses ‘ MidState Galleries. In 1985 Cecil and Elinor retired and Dan continued managing estate sales, Auctions and business liquidations. Providing expert services in Antiques, Farm equipment, industrial, Appraisal Services for all mediums from Antiques, Fine Art, Automobiles.

Dan has served many of the major fund raiser organizations in the central valley assisting with auction organization and auctioneering.
